To maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. As these items cannot be reused or resold, we kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you have any concerns or issues with your purchase, please contact us immediately, and we will be happy to assist you.
What should I do if I receive a defective item?
If an item is found defective, please get in touch with our customer care on care@sunova.in or call us on our toll-free number 1800-3000-6636 or 011-22518794-96 within two days of receipt of the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue a credit note, that you can utilize on your future purchase with us. Please note that replacements are subject to the availability of the particular product.
The product should be returned with all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
Refund Timeline:
In cases where a refund is applicable, the amount will be processed within 3–4 working days from the date the returned product is received and verified.
